3. How long will it take you to deliver my belongings?

We specialize ourselves in direct transportation of merchandise and moving.

You may count the approximate time of goods delivery at the destination with the help of the Calculator (PC version). Nevertheless, all the calculations are approximate, and we have to take into consideration that there are circumstances not depending on the driver (the traffic, tiredness, etc.).

In any case, the carrier in charge, while arriving, will inform you in advance on the exact hour of his arrival by provided media (phone, SMS, email, etc.) to simplify for the client the receipt of the merchandise. Go back

4. How to make the moving boxes?

If you are going to package on your own, then purchase suitable packing material in sufficient quantity to close propery the fragile items. Best to wrap in "bubble" and place them in cardboard boxes, taking care they do not have direct contacts with each other.

There is no limit related with the dimensions of the boxes or suitcases. Nevertheless, each suitcase (box) mustn't weight more than 20kilos, as, obviously, we cannot place all the suitcases and boxes on the same level and they will be placed one over the other. For instance, if a box weighs more than 20kg, besides of the fact that it may break while moved, it may also deform the other boxes structure it will be placed over, and the content may be damaged.

To average the weight of boxes, you can combine heavy things with light things. For example, fill in half of the box with books and the rest of it with clothes. In any case, we beg you to mark with the word "FRAGILE" the boxes containing delicate items. Go back

5. How can I calculate the moving price?

In order to find the cheapest price for you shipping, please, enter on Removal Costs calculator (follow the link) three dimensions (width-height-length) of your objects and the mileage between origin and the destination of your move.

In the corresponding Section (see the link) you will find some useful tips on how measure the objects correctly.

6. What if I cannot either measure or weigh my objects?

In case, it is not possible to provide us with the required basic information for the budgeting (difficulties with the managing of the Calculator, the client is not present at the origin of the move, or for any other reason cannot send the information) we ask for a visit to the place of the move in order to evaluate the shipping correctly. This service is absolutely free and without any commitment.

It is not recommended, but exceptionally we adjust the economic price according to the characteristics of the load and the required service on the day and the time of the receipt of the belongings. Go back

7. When do I have to pay for the transportation service?

For the requested services you have to make the bank transfer in advance (at the time of receipt of your belongings at the origin of the move the agreed amount of money has to be on our account).

If it is not possible, you may also pay in cash on delivery (pay the moving cost directly to the carrier who will perform the delivery of your goods at your home). In that case, the payment method had to be agreed in the Contract that you sign at the place and time of the load reception. Go back

8. Does the Calculator price include loading/unloading service?

The economic price of transportation you found on the Removal Costs Calculator comprises the loading/unloading service (from/to the apartment) in case there is an elevator (useful lift) at the origin and the destination of the move or it is situated on the ground floor.

In case of absence of lifts (forklifts) or due to the bulkiness of the objects to be transported it is not possible to make use of them, to be able to perform the pickup/delivery of the goods, the final budget will depend on the time labour of moving up and down the furniture from/to your apartment (25€ per hour/operator).

For instance, imagine there are two operators performing your move and in the whole process of unloading there is a single sofa that, due to the considerable dimensions, does not fit into the lift and for moving it up to the "X" floor the operators will spend 10min. In that case, the final budget will slightly increase by 8,33 € . Go back

9. Are they going to pack my staff?

The carriers will be responsible for packing at the origin and unpacking at the destination of the move of bulky items (washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators; furniture: beds, sofas, wardrobes, etc.).

That work and the material to be used are completely free, as we consider we do that first and foremost for our own safety.

Nevertheless, the carriers may provide you with the complete service: packing, placing every object you want to transport in the boxes and at the destination put every item in its proper place, following your instructions. Other labour related directly with the move may be performed, such as, hanging the curtains, pictures, lamps, emptying the apartment, swapping the furniture around and etc.. For this kind of service we offer a budget of 25€ per/hour and operator. The packing material is included.

If you want to pack the small things on your own (plates, glasses, etc.) the service that is not included in the range of free services, we will: 1. provide you with the necessary material for packing at wholesale prices (or at the price we purchase it) without interest of any kind. 2. pick up the remaining material and give you back the corresponding amount of money. 10. For the transportation of my belongings do I have to deliver them somewhere and then, at the destination, pick them up at the certain address?

It is not necessary. Our services are "door-to-door" (from the current location of your goods to the final place). Go back

11. Will they carry only my objects in the vehicle or there will be the goods of other clients?

It will depend on the characteristics of your shipping.

If, in the end, your load is large enough to allocate an entire van - determine the appropriate vehicle. In this case the service will be individualized, direct form "door-to door".

If your load is small it will be grouped with the goods of other clients to be able to offer you very cheap price (you may find that price on the Calculator). Our shared transportation service is not of lower quality than the individual one.

The accurate information you send us (the characteristics of the load: the correct dimensions and weight of the objects to be transported) will permit us to join together the appropriate orders and thus ensure the transportation of the whole load in good condition. Go back

12. In case I need the entire van for my move, will the price include fuel, tolls?

Sure enough, all the services include the costs of fuel and tolls. Go back

13. Do the services include any kind of insurance?

The price you found on the Calculator or the price sent by us includes the insurance for transporting the goods by land that covers the material damages up to 6000€.

Meanwhile, the service is being provided, it is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance meets your expectations.

We advise you contract a fully comprehensive insurance, given that in case loss or damage of your property you have a restricted right to appeal to the moving company. Go back

14. Do I have to handle my furniture already dismantled?

We have no objection in case the load is of small volume. The price, in this case, will be cheaper. You may perform the dismantling-packaging work and after that provide us with the characteristics of each packet separately.

The furniture and appliances during the moving must be empty and cannot contain other objects of transport to avoid damage of the first ones. Remove all parts that are not fixed on the inside of objects, such as: trays, dividers, drawers, etc. Go back

15. What to do with the household appliances?

The price you were given by us or you found on the Calculator includes the preparation of big household items for the transportation (washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, etc.).

Nonetheless, if you want to pack them on your own, just to remind you that the household items, as well as the furniture, must be completely empty to avoid possible damages to the property and personal injury. Go back

16. How many operators will come to carry out my moving?

All the offered services, by default, include the assistance of two carriers. Nevertheless, the number of operators may vary, depending on the loading/unloading conditions of required service. Go back
